All Things Digital is hearing rumbles that Apple has been pitching a $30 a month subscription plan to the various networks. Tied to one's iTunes account, it seems likely that the plan would allow for subscribers to watch many new episodes of TV shows for a flat rate, instead of a $2 an episode plan.
