Let's take a stroll down memory lane and into the neighborhood of Easyretro.com. The website hosts an assortment of old school classics that deliver nostalgic memories of the 2D experience. Aside from its relivable experiences, Easyretro also delivers this week's internet game of the week, Diverboy.
In Diverboy, you control a young boy who dives to the deepest depths of the sea in an attempt to catch as much precious loot as possible. You have to be careful because there are evil sea creatures who will gladly consume your flesh. The concept is simple: dive down as deep as possible, collect all the loot and avoid all the sea monsters. Once you collect everything, the level ends, and you begin your next stage.
There are a handful of bosses, power-ups, and various types of loot to be fought and controlled. Make your way around the island and you can happily crown yourself the king of the world. This a fairly entertaining game and will keep you going for hours or until you beat it, which ever happens first.
