Giant Robot
collaborates with Hands-on mobile in GR's latest group show, MixtArtHands-on mobile, Inc. recently launched MixtArt, a feature that allows customers to upload work by independent artists onto their mobile phones.  However, don't expect to see any of your standard sunset or waterfall backgrounds here--all of the participating artists work in cutting-edge areas of art including tattoo art, urban art, and indie comics.  Participating artists (many of whom are repeat Giant Robot exhibitors) include:

For those of you who prefer more traditional forms of art, there will be a drawing of signed prints on both the opening and closing nights.

The reception will be on Saturday, September 20 from 6:30-10:00 PM at Giant Robot SF, located off of Haight St. at 618 Shrader St.
