Improvisation is a funny (i.e. strange and unpredictable) theatrical medium, but that’s part of its appeal. Sometimes it is brilliant, sometimes it falls flat, but much of the fun comes from experiencing and witnessing what happens. Weird On Top improvisation comedy troupe, a favorite with local audiences, returns to The Eclectic Company Theatre by popular demand with premium-grade improvisational comedy. The players include Danielle Cintron, Tiffany Cole, Jay Fremed, Mason Halberg, Kerr Seth Lordygan, Sarah McCann , Alex Sanborn and Mike Tauzin. They advise, “Be prepared for the bizarre, the unexpected, and the very, very funny.”

Weird On Top performs 8 p.m. April 23, May 7, June 20, July 16 and August 13. Tickets are $10. The Eclectic Company Theatre is located at 5312 Laurel Canyon Blvd. (between Chandler and Magnolia) in North Hollywood, CA 91607. Call 818-508-3003 or visit www.eclecticcompanytheatre.org.
