I've made no secret of my intense passion for chocolate or my love for Theo Chocolate, a company I consider to be one of the finest chocolatiers anywhere in the world. Confection Workshop
Hands-on workshop. "You will learn how to make ganache, temper chocolate and enrobe the fillings! You will explore different methods for decorating and wrapping your delicious creations and you can take home the fruits of your labor!"
