Thumbs up to the borough of Brooklyn. Three elementary schools made the honor roll, Public schools 31, 39 and 380, were three schools amongst the 314 Blue Ribbon schools this year.

Mary Scarlato, the principal of PS 31 credited the teachers for developing an atmosphere in which the students wanted to learn and attend school.
