  1. Ability to take naps (between job interviews and networking).
  2. Run errands during off-peak hours.
  3. Avoid rush-hour commuting.
  4. No need to pack a lunch or eat Lean Cuisines.
  5. Buy fewer clothes for work.
  6. Spend less at the dry cleaners.
  7. Exercise to fit your schedule (i.e. go to the 10 a.m. yoga class or go for a run).
  8. Time to cook a long, complicated recipe.
  9. Linger over the bulletin boards at your neighborhood grocery store or coffee shop.
  10. Spend an afternoon at the courthouse listening to cases.
  11. Visit your local library and read the papers (the old-fashioned kind).
  12. Smile at others. Be glad you don't have to rush.
  13. Volunteer.
  14. Help someone else.
  15. Time to develop a hobby.  Mine is snapping pictures of Chicago alleys.
