Britney Spears is leaving her LA home for another new start - this time in not too far away Calabasas. The pop princess is only renting right now, cause times are I guess tough for everyone, but it could be a permanent purchase of this $9.1 million palace anytime soon

With 10,000 square feet of space, including an interior courtyard with French terracotta pavers, a giant library – cause Britney’s a big reader I’m sure - a pool, gardens and separate quarters for guests. No two womanizing ways about it, to rent or to own, Chateau Suenos is a pretty sweet landing spot.

As Britney wrote on her website, ìI just took my babies to our new home and they loved it. I can't wait to move in."

It’s easy to see why she’s so pumped. Inside is all limestone, marble, walnut hardwood parquet and plank flooring, imported European stone mosaics and limestone fireplaces. Plus there's a private soundproof screening room, underground parking and much more.

Oh yeah, and I know Toxic Girl is off the booze but there’s a huge underground wine cellar as well.

Britney's not getting a house, she's getting the Beverly Center ... at least for the time being
