Santa Baby,

Please put a present under the tree for me! I would really like some crafting books this year. I have plans to make all of my gifts next year but I'll need to get started Dec. 26 if that's going to work out. These books will inspire and inform me.

1)Kathy Zeilske's Clean and Simple scrapbook books. They are basic graphic design guides as well as scrapbooking books. I love them and when one of my friends traded the second one for Elsie Flanigan's 52 Challenges and then never brought it back, I had to go out and buy a second copy.

2)Love Your Handwriting by Heidi Swapp-I've struggled with hating my handwriting for years. I'm taking this book at it's word.

3)Any of Donna Downie's cuptie patootie little books. Love her style and her instructions

.

4)Step Up Your Scrapbooking by Lisa Brown Caveney takes you from very simple (paper, photos and markers) to advanced (more than paper, photos and markers!).

5)TMy favorite to look at is Elsie Flanigan's 52 Scrapbook Challenges. It's not my style but I like to look at her stuff because it makes me happy.

I know Santa, I obviously already have these books...but if anyone else needs something for a scrapper, these are my suggestions. Maybe you could bring me a new book....
