E-mail Meditation
While you are reading your e-mail, remember to breathe slowly and focus your attention on your breath. Make the out-breath two times longer than the in-breath. This will help you stay calm and focused.
“Kind words may be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.”

Before the Meeting: Balance Tree Pose
Try this just before a big meeting or call.
• Remove shoes and stand next to a table or chair for balance.
• Raise left foot up against the inside of thigh.
• Place left hand on foot if it slides down.
• If you feel steady, place hands by chest in prayer position.
• Feel the standing foot rooted into the ground.
