Beyonce Knowles is still wowing the crowds - strutting her stuff, showing she takes care of her image, her craft and her body.

And November 5 in Europe, she brought it home again at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards, getting three awards -- Best Female, Best Song, ("Halo") and Best Video, ("Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)") -- and according to the PR announcements afterward, provided a "a mesmerizing performance of "Sweet Dreams."

But like any super star whose looks are an important part of the act, she works hard to keep herself in performance-ready condition by dance alone.
Self Magazine did a great piece earlier this year revealing plenty about how the pop diva keeps her commitment to fitness: for one thing, she keeps a picture of an Oscar in front of her treadmill so she can remind herself what she's working for and where she is going.
The article also revealed the Beyonce's trainer includes plenty of the old stand-bys including squats, step-ups and walking lunges.
Even with the five-days-a-week sessions, the fact is that the high-energy lifestyle keeps her very busy and in shape. “But I mainly get in shape from doing the choreography during those long 12-hour rehearsals for two months before a tour," she told OK! Magazine as recently as last month. That's a far cry from what she went through back in 2006 when she told Oprah that to take off 20 pounds she went on a master cleanse diet - liquids only - to get ready for her part in Dreamgirls.
MTV2, will air a one-hour version of the Awards on Sunday, November 15; 12:00 AM on MTV2 and 8:00 PM on mtvU.
