You have to wonder sometimes why people do the things they do.  Now TLC has decided to file a breach of contract against Jon Gosselin for one of his latest unusual actions.  Recently he halted production on the show, somehow claiming that now he was more concerned about the children's welfare and being on television.

Really Jon?

He wasn't very concerned about the children seeing him out with his girlfriends when he wasn't actually divorced from their mom.  It doesn't take a rocket science degree to know which one would hurt them more in the long run.

TLC claims that Jon made paid appearances without clearing it with them.  Jon had to know that the stipulation was in the contract he signed.  He is still under contract.  If you decide you don't want to be in a contract, you can't just do what you want without consequences.  It seems that Jon doesn't quite understand this starting with the contract of a marriage.

Just last week he was ordered to pay back the $180,000 to Kate that he swiped from the bank account.  One has to wonder what Jon Gosselin's true motivation is or if he is basically spiraling out of control.

There is sure to be more to this story.
