The Raiders and Jets are doing their pregame warmups.

The Raiders will be wearing their black throwbacks. This means the only real difference is decal on their helmets. The Jets are in their New York Titans unifroms that are yellow pants with black and white stripes and white shirts with black numbers, as well as plain black helmets.

Janikowski hit the upright on a 60 yard field goal attempt in warmups facing the north end zone. He had been perfect from 55.

Chaz Schilens will not be back on the field today, despite word earlier this week from Raiders brass that this would be the week of his appearance.

From a personal standpoint, it is great to be back here after missing last week with an illness.

Javon Walker is in uniform for this game.

Starting Raider offense:

WR: Darrius Heyward-Bey & Louis Murphy

Offensive line: Mario Henderson, Chris Morris, Samson Satele, Cooper Carlisle, Erik Pears

QB: JaMarcus Russell

RB: Garry Russell & Michael Bush

Raiders defense:

Defensive Line: Richard Seymour, Tommy Kelly, Gerard Warren, Greg Ellis

Linebackers: Jon Alston, Kirk Morrison, Thomas Howard

CB: Nnamdi Asomugha, Chris Johnson

Safety: Tyvon Branch & Hiram Eugene

At 45 minutes until kickoff the stadium is still rather empty.

Raider Inactives:

Charlie Frye (3rd QB), Darren McFadden, Ricky Brown, Langston Walker, Cornell Green, Robert Gallery, Chaz Schilens, Nick Miller

Let the howls resume: Michael Crabtree has more catches in three quarters than Darrius Heyward-Bey has in three games.
