The gluten free pizza at  
Uno Chicago Grill

On Thursday, April 23, the DC gluten free dinner club will be having a pizza party in Silver Spring, Maryland from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The cost is only $10 per person for all you can eat gluten free pizza, salad, and dessert. Trevor Chambers from Bella Monica Flatbread Pizza Company will be at the event. Registration is required for the pizza party.

The DC gluten free dinner club was started in October 2007 and there have been 17 dinners. In March, the dinner club went to Shanghai Garden in DC. In February, members enjoyed the new gluten free pizza at Uno Chicago Grill in Bethesda.

Vanessa Maltin is the organizer of the DC gluten free dinner club. She is the author of “Beyond Rice Cakes”, the food and lifestyle editor of the new “Delight” gluten free magazine, and manager of chronic diseases for Healthcare for American Now.
