This list, in random order, is a starting point for locating gluten free foods for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. It is very important to always read product labels and to use lists and grocery shopping books, such as Triumph Dining and Cecelia’s Marketplace, only as a guide.

When conducting Internet searches, some gluten free websites that appear high in Google search results have very old outdated information. Many of the lists featured below have been recently updated. The gluten free lists from Hormel Foods, Heinz, and Campbell's contain foods from many brands, including Jennie-O, Smart Ones, and Prego.  Clan Thompson sells gluten free software and pocket guides in addition to providing some free gluten free lists.

  1. Hormel Foods
  2. Heinz
  3. Campbell's
  4. Perdue
  5. Shady Brook Farms
  6. Nestle
  7. Trader Joe's
  8. Whole Foods Market
  9. Gluten free candy - links to four lists
  10. Gluten free drugs - list of prescription and over-the-counter medicines
