The Travel Channel's king of bizarre foods, Andrew Zimmern, is among this year's marquee speakers at the Kohler Food and Wine Experience, Oct. 22-25, at several locations in Kohler.

Zimmern hosts the shows "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern" and "Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre World." The latter show on Oct. 27 showcases odd Wisconsin foods.

Also on the Kohler menu are dozens of workshops, demos and tastings of wine and other spirits, plus chef-prepared recipes.

Other celebrity speakers include:

Jacques Pépin – host of "Jacques Pépin: More Fast Food My Way" and co-host of "The Zen of Taste" on PBS.

Claudine Pépin – co-host of "The Zen of Taste."

Lidia Bastianich – author and hostess of "Lidia’s Italy" on PBS.

Chef Marcus Samuelsson of Aquavit, New York City. Cookbook author and co-founder of Townhouse Restaurant Group.

Hosea Rosenberg – "Top Chef" winner and executive chef at Jax Fish House, Boulder, Colo.

Jon Ashton – chef for CW’s The Daily Buzz, in Florida.

Marc Stroobandt – Belgian master beer dommelier.

Some events (product samplings, book signings, trunk shows) have free admission.

Two-night hotel/event ticket packages are available at The American Club.
