Please read these two items and then be sure to go vote Tuesday. Voter turnout is expected to be 20% or less so your vote is very valuable.
For what it is worth I happen to agree with the second article that states the Chief Justice dissenting opinion in Hamden was right by not legislating from the bench as the majority opinion did.
You may not like the Chief Justice for many reasons and that is your right, but her dissenting opinion in Hamden should not be one of them.
