2009 New York Burlesque Festival

Start the month off right - with plenty of boa, booze and, well, boob tonight at Public Assembly at 70 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  They're hosting the Burlesque Festival's teaser party and it's a guaranteed tease - what with the opportunity to draw a burlesque beauty at 8pm!

Tomorrow, I'm headed to the premiere party at the old-timey, indie hotspot known as the Bell House at 149 7th Street (between 2nd and 3rd) in Gowanus, Brooklyn.  This scandalous party (hosted by Scotty the Blue Bunny), features over 20 burlesque beauties from the weekend's cavalcade of stars.

The next two days pop off on the island of Manhattan at BB Kings and Le Poisson Rouge, respectfully.

Get Advance Tickets here! They run $12 - $16.
