The show started off with a patriotic, yet stylish start with "Iconic America." What better designer to head this segment than Tommy Hilfiger?

With live music provided by Oakland-based band, The Lovemakers, models traipsed down the runway in fall-friendly tweeds, cardigans, wide-leg trousers and in-vogue plaids. Hilfiger says that Macy's Passport is one of the strongest runway shows - mainly because of the great music, lighting, production and its over-the-top style.

As for his opinion about SF style, he had some flattering things to say about our city.

Tommy Hilfiger greets the crowd

"San Francisco is the iconic American city outside of New York," says Hilfiger. "It has heart, soul and is probably one of the best cities for shopping in the world. It has a fashion crowd and has a look and feel that is sophisticated."

From there, the show switched gears to an ominous punk vibe with the shadowy hues of  "Dark Shadows."

After the clouds lifted, a dapper "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" in Alfani suits came out on a movable staircase with some classic Hollywood charm, dancing to "Puttin' on the Ritz" and then, to my delight segued into...well, just take a look:

Oh how I wished to be one of those dancers (choreographed by the famed Brian Friedman, mind you). I have this unattainable dream to be a professional dancer. Why else would I have an unhealthy obsession with dance reality shows?

Then, in a funky little fantastical segment called, "Figment of Your Imagination" had some cute kids dancing in some quirky music video garb...

They were then invaded by some special masked special guests...

Yes ladies, gents and "America's Best Dance Crew" fans, it's our favorite ghost faced break dancers, the Jabbawockeez!

You do not know how hard it was for me not to jump on that stage and start pop lockin' with them.
