Could it take any longer to scroll through that elongated picture? I swear, the dress Leona Lewis wore to the closing ceremonies was so unnecessarily necessary (even if it was detachable). When she was emerging from that bus I didn't think she was going to stop growing. It was like watching some sort of  "Alice in Wonderland" fiasco.

But Lewis did look fabulous, but I was too busy concentrating on that ginormous Glamazon dress to pay attention to what she was singing. I'm just glad it wasn't "Bleeding Love." It's a great spinning class cool-down song, but I think we've heard enough of it.

And did anyone else notice how anti-climactic David Beckham's appearance was? He emerged from the bus, smiled and kicked a soccer ball into the audience. Groundbreaking!
