Knock-off is such a harsh term. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so maybe this news isn't that bad...just worthy of a roll of the eyes.
Do you remember that Vivienne Westwood wedding gown Carrie Bradshaw (a.k.a. Sarah Jessica Parker) wore in Sex and the City: The Movie? Well, according to the folks at New York Post's Page Six, you too can have this fabulous dress for the frugal price of $15,000!
Yes, you heard that right - $15,000 - and it won't even be made by Westwood! Gabriella Risatti, who owns her own bridal salon in New York will be making copies of this dress tomorrow and Thursday! Actually, she'll be just taking measurements those days. And the bad news is that she'll only be making 30 of them. The good news is that the ladies who buy them will have original, one-of-a-kind wedding dresses ...or....ummmm....something like that.
