"Twilight" has finally hit theaters. Thus ending my unofficial "Twilight Week" on my Examiner site. After this, my mind will be less focused on the vampire love story and more on vampire fashion.

Even though you shouldn't need convincing to watch, here are some reasons to sit in a theater with a bunch of tween girls squealing at the site of Robert Pattinson:

#1 Vampire parents look good in Banana Republic-esque clothes: Peter Facinelli (left) and Elizabeth Reaser look like All-American vampire parents in their suburban-chic attire. As Carlisle and Esme Cullen, the two are model parents to their little coven of vampires. And P.S. -  Remember when Peter Facinelli was the irritating big man on campus Mike Dexter on "Can't Hardly Wait"? - that was a memorable role if I ever watched one.

From left: Emmet (Kellan Lutz), Rosalie (Nikki Reed), Alice (Ashley Greene), Jasper (Jackson Rathbone)

#2 The other Cullen children are a band of fashionable bloodsuckers: Why are vampires so cool? Why do they always have a distinct sense of style? Emmet is sporty, Rosalie is sassy, Alice is boho-chic and Jasper has this G-star vibe going on. It makes me want to be a vampire more and more everyday. I also need to mention that Alice is the fashion guru of the crew - you'll get a feel for that if they make sequels (I am sure they will). And another thing - doesn't Jasper look like Justin Timberlake circa 2000 during Nsync's "No Strings Attached" phase? He has this soft and flowy jheri curl thing going on.

#3 Nikki Reed as Rosalie: In the book, Rosalie is an immortal that is beyond beautiful so I was uncertain about how they casted Reed (from "Thirteen") in the role of the vampy vampire. Reed is beautiful, but the way they described her in the book made her almost unrealistically beautiful. But after seeing her in the movie, I had a change of heart. She is white H-O-T!

#4 Jacob's '80s hair band locks: I said it once and I'll say it again - awk-ward.

#5 Bella and Edward's prom: What would a story of vampire love/teen angst be without Bella's blue dress, Edward's perfectly cut suit and a low budget junior prom at a bed and breakfast complete with a gazebo decorated with Christmas lights?
