I want these. I want these now. Each month I tend to have an outlandish obsession that is totally out of my financial reach. I know – that is such pessimistic thinking. Maybe I should have a more “can do” attitude about getting these romper stomper army boots from the San Francisco-based label, Nice Collective.


That said, these boots are my monthly obsession. These boots are mine. They are destined to be mine. According to the holiday issue of Details, it takes more than 120 steps to make these boots. And if I’m not mistaken, they cost $498 – but here’s an idea: how about I come into the Nice Collective design studio and make my own pair instead of spending the money. I have been known to be a great cobbler.
