Don't you just love it when fashion combines with philanthropy? It's even better when you involve a big time department store, a big time celebrity and a big time designer.

Gwyneth Paltrow (She's fancy. She won an Academy Award.) models a limited edition Key to the Cure shirt (with two original illustrations mind you) designed by Karl Lagerfeld which is currently being sold at Saks Fifth Avenue for $40. Sure, that might be a little steep for a T-shirt, but all the proceeds are going to EIF’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund.

If a T-shirt ain't your thang, well then go shopping at Saks anyway. Starting on Oct. 16th and continuing through the 19th, Saks will have it's Key to the Cure shopping weekend where 2 percent of all sales benefit cancer research.
