Ah yes! October is the month of breasts. Well actually, breast cancer awareness. But ultimately, we're talking about the health and longevity of our boobs, our bodies, and our lives by extension. That and pumpkins characterize our October with the festiveness of Fall and the enchantment of All Hallows Eve. Undoubtedly, the magic of the holidays creeps in right about now, with Halloween, Thanksgiving, the winter solstice, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year's Eve and more right around the corner.

Right now and every day . . . what a perfect time to embrace this part of our bodies and our lives. Breasts. Virtually everyone has breasts.

Yet not all of us have breast cancer, thankfully. Still, you never know who it might strike, and luckily the condition need not be a death sentence. Breast cancer awareness, and moreover, the positivity that can define the healing process is absolutely crucial in triumphing over the disease.

Women's solidarity for a supposed 'women's illness' is great and all, but to incorporate the entire community is even better. To show that we care about ourselves and that we care about the women in our lives, we can go above and beyond the clarion call to caring and remember that it's not just about women. Though women are the ones who are statistically stricken with breast cancer the most, men can get it too.

Regardless of gender, we all need to remember that wellness is about embracing health rather than avoiding disease: an ideology reminiscent of the law of attaction and 'mind over matter', otherwise known as the recurrent theme of The Secret and What the Bleep Do We Know!?.

As articulated by a similarly-minded entity called A Celebration 4 Life, a company that spreads awareness by selling uplifting products at affordable prices and donating a percentage of the proceeds to various charities, breast cancer -- and other life-threatening diseases -- need not be treated with doom and gloom. According to the ethos behind the brand, life and positivity drive healing and progess:

"The power of the Life™ symbol is that it redirects the attention from a negative (cancer, leukemia, AIDS) to one of hope in reminding us to 'DoLife Now!' "

To be specific, A Celebration 4 Life:

"focuses on celebrating the life of a loved one by spreading a positive and hope-filled message through an assortment of products adorned with the Life™ and DoLife™ symbols."

As such, for the month of October and onward, A Celebration 4 Life is currently supporting a Tampa-based Breast Cancer organization called Faces of Courage, whose mission is to help women face and overcome breast cancer on a "one-on-one basis."

To contribute to the cause and have some fun with witty and inspiring tee shirts, hats, and bandanas, DoLife products can be purchased on the Celebration 4 Life product page (full website: http://www.VMKinnovations.com/Life/products.html) or toll-free at (866) 756-8078.
