After a two-day, 2,500-mile cross-country trip aboard its carrier aircraft, space shuttle Atlantis cruised safely home to Kennedy Space Center late today. The shuttle landed at Edwards Air Force Base in California on May 24 after days of bad weather forced it away from KSC.

Watch amazing video of a space-faring ship, back on Earth after a daring STS-125 mission, when its crew revitalized the Hubble Space Telescope.
