Crystal Cruises offers a "World Cruise" each year - and this coming year's long (108 days) exploration of  at least part of the  world will visit 41 ports in 37 countries. Can a  cruise this deluxe with a listed price tag of 58,000+ US possibly be a "budget trip"?  Maybe not, but it can qualify as a good deal. It doesn't take much math to know it would be hard to arrange airfare and other transportation to visit 37 nations. If you're looking to scratch a quite a few more destinations off of your life list, this could be an interesting way to go. The cruise starts in Miami and ends in London - but the far-from-direct route includes ports in South America, Africa, and the Arabian Gulf. Though it's touted as a "Full World Cruise", the 2010 offering skips Asia and the Pacific, providing an intense look at ports in the Middle East instead.

But If  108 days in transit  sounds like that's too much to handle in one chunk, the cruise can be broken up and clients can select one or more of seven segments.
