What "are you serious...." imagines my lady looks like
My hand has been turned, and I have been forced to take dramatic and unfortune action.
As of this moment, commenter "are you serious...." is banned from ever reading or commenting on this column again.
This is a permanent ban, although she is still allowed to read and comment on other Examiner pages and my other blog, "The Healthiest Man In Park Slope."
The problem began last week when she made insipid, uninspired comments about my post "Making it rain: A primer." I then mocked her comments in a separate post called "My confession." Instead of accepting defeat and returning to her community college coursework, she decided to comment on that post as well. Let's take a look.
are you serious......: actually i don't imagine you look like the picture of the guy with the headband....i would imagine you look like the picture posted in the upper left hand corner that has YOUR NAME NEXT to it.....you know, the one that looks like you have a nasty piece of chocolate in your mouth.........lmao

i appreciate the quotes, but i REALLY love the fact that you responded in a tired but o'so corny post....so to clarify things for you: YOU - mentioned Ray J (throwing money) who IS NOT a rapper, that's why i threw in howard stern......lol D4L - IS NOT out right now, if you remember correctly D4L was/is a group, just b/c shawty lo is out....
I have to cut this off. I have no idea what she is talking about.
The folks who founded Examiner created these pages as an intellectual haven, a place to discuss big, important ideas in an articulate, correctly-punctuated manner. For this reason, "are you serious...." simply doesn't fit in.
And so, she's out. No, it doesn't feel good, but yes, I am completely serious. ZING!
