Mariah Carey appears on 'Larry King Live' and says she has been emotionally abused

Mariah Carey knows love with hubby, Nick Cannon,  but was it always happy days for Carey pre-Nick Cannon? The 39 year-old R&B singer and songwriter, who appeared on CNN's Larry King Live spilled some news about being "emotionally" and "physically" abused more than a decade ago, by ex-husband, Tommy Motolla. 

The "Obsessed" singer who talked about herself dealing with her own abuse, to even her feelings about fellow singer, Rihanna, who was in a similar situation.  According to E! Online, she says in the interview,

"It's scary. I just think you get into a situation and you feel locked in…For me, to really get out, it was difficult because there was connection that was not only a marriage, but a business thing where the person was in control of my life."
