Ryan Seacrest who has an alleged stalker, Chidi Uzomah Jr., 25, pleaded not guilty to one count of felony stalking and also two counts of misdemeanor counts of violating a court order, reported by E! Online. Uzomah violated a court order when attacking Seacrest's security guard at a charity event last month, according to ABC News.

Seacrest had a stalker on the loose when Uzomah also showed up at the E! headquarters.  Uzomah is currently in police custody where he is on $150,000 bail.

Seacrest's attorney, Blair Berk, asked for a "protective criminal order" against the alleged stalker.  According to E! Online, "Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, Donald Kennedy ordered Uzomah to surrender all firearms within 24 hours of his release (which shows no signs of coming soon); and, effective immediately, he is not to harass, contact or otherwise come within 500 yards of Seacrest or his places of employment for the next three years."

Uzomah who is an Amry reservist, pleaded guilty to "assault, battery and possession of said weapon in the incident." Uzomah Jr., will appear in a preliminary hearing on November 16.

If convicted for three counts, Seacrest's stalker could face up to four years in prison.
