The Project Runway premiere was a lot of fun.  The challenge was to create a design from grocery store items.  Although Daniel Feld's bright blue plastic cup dress did not win, it was my personal favorite.

Daniel shows a lot of creativity and not a lot of drama.  He was quietly working throughout the episode.   Cutting, ironing, melting and gluing.  I have no idea how the model, Elena got into this dress.

Click here to see all of the designs, including Kelli's winning dress made from vacuum cleaner bags and vote for your favorite.  Poll closes tomorrow.

Also all of these designs are being auctioned off to the highest bidder.  Click here to enter your bid and to own a piece of Project Runway history.

This season is showing a lot of promise.  The designers are very talented, but eager and thrilled to be there.  Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum are lighthearted and fun to watch.  Sigh.  I love this show.
