In a previous article , I published a report about a learning disabled student who was walking along his school hallway found himself violently jumped by Christopher Lloyd, a police officer because "his shirt tail was hanging out".  Marshawn Pitts was attending a special school because he had suffered traumatic brain injury when he was younger. The officer knew all the students were disabled.

Christopher Lloyd, the Dolton police officer resigned shortly after a lawyer for the Pitts family released security camera footage of the beating. Lloyd was arrested last month on sexual assault charges, according to the Chicago Tribune. Dolton cop caught on camera in student's beating is in jail on rape charge

Lloyd, is now held on $110,000 bail, and he faces up to 20 years for the rape charges. This was not Lloyds' first brush with the other side of the law,:

A lawsuit filed by his ex-wife, Nicole McKinney, in summer 2008 alleges he gunned down her new husband Cornel McKinney in front of their children outside their residence on Feb. 17, 2008.
He was suspended  after the shooting but finally found work with Dolton police in January.  He was eventually cleared as it was found he shot in self-defense.

Charles Lloyd, the father of Christopher Lloyd claims the fight recorded on the school security camera was provoked by the teenage student.
