Independent Television News quotes "Let Me Sign" Twilight soundtrack co-author Bobby Long in a smoochy situation.
Says Bobby, "I was playing this gig at the Hackney Empire and some girl ran on stage and kissed me, but the reason it was so awkward was because I had said this was the last song and I played it."
Says ITN, "[b]ut then the crowd wanted more. So as he went to agree to the song, the girl ran on stage and had to awkwardly stand right beside him as he played the final tune." Long said, "[a]s soon as I'd finished she ran up and kissed me."
Long just kicked off his global tour by playing in East London with long-time friend (and friend of Robert Pattinson and Sam Bradley) Marcus Foster, his co-author for "Let Me Sign."
His candor with fans is notorious for being gracious and humble, and this incident is no exception.
Long makes his appearance in the U.S. very soon - to see his tour schedule see his MySpace page!
