With regard to interviews and The Twilight Saga: New Moon, it's definitely Collider.com for the win so far.

They've brought excellent video interviews with a great many of the New Moon cast members as well as a bit of behind-the-scenes footage from the making of The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Needless to say, their coverage of the series over the last few days has been massive.

Here's their behind-the-scenes look at New Moon.

They've got these awesome interviews from (in order of appearance below) Stephenie Meyer, Chris Weitz, Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning, and Michael Sheen.

Collider also did some great interviews on-set with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner.

Finally, they've done a brilliant job of transcribing the press conference (and providing audio). They've transcribed the full interview with Kristen Stewart here, Robert Pattinson here, and Taylor Lautner here.
