Prepare yourself for Star Trek on May 8th.

Not sure which DVD to pull off the new release shelf? Need a new Blu-ray to show off in 1080p? Or maybe you're looking through the new releases on Netflix and don't know what to add to your queue?

This week you'll find yourself itching at a chance to catch every sneak peak for Star Trek, Terminator and all the other summer blockbusters to hit theaters soon, but better prepare yourself by watching some good-old-fashioned-digitally-remastered-1080p-1960’s-sci-fi-TV-on-Blu-ray fun:

Star Trek: The Original Series: Season 1 - Buy-it on Blu-ray - Prepare yourself for the May 8th release of the newest re-make of this original series by watching it in a way 60’s television owners could only dream of… Shatner in full-HD.

Nothing But the Truth - Rent-it – If you’re just looking for an interesting story and intriguing characters, rent this political thriller with a plot that sounds fascinatingly similar to the best movie in theaters right now.

What Doesn't Kill You - Rent-it - Since you probably missed this south-Boston crime drama starring Ethan Hawke, Mark Ruffalo, Donnie Wahlberg, and Amanda Peet in theaters, rent it today -- or very soon!

JCVD - Rent-it - Jean-Claude Van Damme (JCVD) stars in this self-titled, self-spoofing, introverted comedy-thriller about himself and his stereotype.

Johnny Got His Gun - Rent-it - A heart-wrenching drama about the sad truths of war.

The Uninvited - Skip-it - If you've been waiting for a decent new horror film to rent -- keep waiting!

Hotel for Dogs - Skip-it - Unless you are an avid dog lover searching for a simple & predictable story.

Bride Wars - Skip-it - Worst movie you'll find on the new release shelf despite starring two actresses you usually love playing two characters you will absolutely despise.
