Taken will not disappoint.

Not sure which DVD to pull off the new release shelf? Need a new Blu-ray to show off in 1080p? Or maybe you're looking through the new releases on Netflix and don't know what to add to your queue?

This week you'll find a couple suspenseful films that will be of no help in relaxing you after a long days work -- but I still highly recommend boosting your anxiety and seeing them:

Taken - Buy-it - Hands down the best non-stop action flick you've seen since Bourne 3. And surprisingly, the trailer only gives away the first 15 minutes of the film.

Passengers - Rent-it - This suspenseful drama about love and life starring Anne Hathaway will have your blanket pulled up just below your eyes.

Star Trek: Original Motion Picture Collection - Rent-it - If you liked the new one you saw in theaters this past weekend -- you did see Star Trek in theaters last weekend didn't you? Are you "outta your Vulcan mind?"

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - Skip-it - Even a fan of the first two Underworld films will not enjoy this shark-jumping sequel.

Personal Effects - Skip-it - Any straight-to-DVD film starring these three (Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathy Bates) must be skippable.

The Grudge 3 - Skip-it - This scary movie takes a questionable horror film series and makes it worse -- much worse.

Lying - Skip-it - The recognizable female faces on the cover and somehow decent reviews online may tempt you, but please don't give in.

S. Darko: A Donnie Darko Tale - Skip-it - You'll hate the fact that this film had anything do with the 2001 cult classic Donnie Darko -- they couldn't be any more polar opposites on the buy-it, rent-it, skip-it scale.

Movies re-released on Blu-ray format this week:

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - Buy-it - This Eastwood classic is must own in every format for every sex and race.

Fargo - Rent-it - This movie actually has some much more impressive and gruesome scenes in HD.

Major League - Rent-it - If you are a Cleveland Indians fan and are dying to see them win a game.

Big - Skip-it - Tom Hanks can only get worse in high-def.

There's Something About Mary - Skip-it - Nothing funnier about getting private parts stuck in zippers in 1080p.
