Hello 9!

Finally, some movie news that doesn't involve Watchmen, Lycans, or Sylvester Stallone. In my perpetual search for the sweetest fruits from the Hollywood film factory I accidentally stumbled across this new animated flick 9. What is 9? Check out this neat little trailer for the film and I'll tell you: (Here's a LINK to watch it in HD)

Looks pretty frak'n cool huh? 9 is being Directed by Shane Acker, and is based on his 2005 Oscar Nominated film short. (which you can watch right here)

Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov, (the guy responsible for last Summer's bullet-bending Wanted) are producing the film. Though at first it might look like another stop-motion "Tim Burton Presents" animated flick, I like the fact that it's being done in computer animation. The only thing that bugs me about this movie is where was this trailer last week when I did my 10 Most Wanted Movies of 2009???

9 hits theaters on September 9th 2009. Which cleverly works out to 9/9/09...

One... Last... Movie... To... See... Top... 10... List... Almost... Done...
