Yes, those are cows in Times Square

As you travel around Manhattan today, if you see a group of people dressed as cows "grazing" amongst the tourists, you do not need to adjust your glasses (or your medication). They're shooting an ad campaign for Heifer International.
The cows are scheduled to shoot on Broadway near 44th, and on 42nd street between Seventh and Eighth. No word on whether the craft services table will have large bowls of grass and clover.
