As a Christian marathon runner, I like to follow the results of marathons and I am pleased to share them here.
You can see the 2009 Results - Virginia Beach Yuengling Shamrock Sportsfest Marathon.
However, if you ran home directly from the race, jumped online immediately to see where you stood, you are likely to be disappointed
It takes a bit for the link/results to et updated. In the meantime, you can do things:
1. compare your results to previous years.
2. calculate your pace, take into consideration that you will really slow down and figure what your time might be for 100 miles.
I ran the Rocky Raccoon 100 miler in 23 hours and change.
