When all is said and done, weddings and funerals have a way of bringing family together, bringing folk together whom you normally wouldn't find in the same room or city.

Debbie Rowe, the mother of two of Michael Jackson's kids, will be sitting in VIP seats at the memorial service.

She'll be there along with fans who had a 1 in 183 chance of getting tickets to attend as well.

Tickets to a memorial service? A sign of the apocalypse to be sure.

Dozens of police officers and a fire truck had to set up shop outside Dodger Stadium so fans could pick up tickets safely.

I have been to my share, even conducted more than my fair share of weddings (900+) and funerals.

Indeed, folk come out of the woodwork on such occasions.

When all is said and done, come judgement day, everybody will be either attending a funeral, the second death, or a wedding when the chuch, the bride of Christ, meets her groom for all eternity. No tickets will be sold. And the chances of getting in are wide open.
