I wanted to read this Psalm a couple of weeks ago...on Earth Day. I could have. I glanced at the next Psalm up for that day but I was in the middle of a monthly chew (meditation) on Psalm 23.

Psalm 24 is an Earth Day psalm if there is ever was one.

It is also full of praise worthy thoughts which is why I started on this trip through the Psalms in the first place. I am looking for ways to give my prayers more meaning and I am wanting more words/ways to offer up praise to God.

1. The Earth is the Lord's

2. Everything the Earth contains belongs to the Lord

3. The world belongs to the Lord

4. All who/which dwell on the Earth belong to Him

5. God founded the Earth on the seas

6. God established the Earth on the rivers

7. God dwells in His holy place

8. He is the God of salvation

9. He is the King of glory

10. He is strong

11. He is mighty

12. He is mighty in battle

13. He is Lord of the hosts

How do you praise God when you read Psalm 24?
