Kelsey Grammer (he spells his last name the same way some of my students spell the mechanics function of literature <sigh>) says the he read in the Bible that he will live to 140 years old.
A new convert since surviving a heart attack at the age of 52, Grammer says he reads the Bible a lot. He told the NY Post "I read the Bible a lot. One day I asked: 'How old am I going to be when I die?' And I had the Bible in front of me so I just closed my eyes and opened it up to a page in the Book of Job, and I pointed. There was a reading that said when I die I am going to be 140 years old. And I like that."
Grammer also says he has more than half his life left. He's 54. If he makes it to 140 (he won't) that's a lot more than two times his current age.
How long would you like to live?
