RFP for 600-unit residential project at First and Folsom in Rincon Hill neighborhood coming soon

The San Francisco Business Times reports that the RFP for a 600-unit residential project on First and Folsom streets will be issued by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency on September 8th. Funds collected by the Redevelopment Agency for the project will help to fund the new bus terminal (which is totally separate, though physically adjacent, to the planned high-rise at Mission and First streets).
Thumbs up for progress in adding to the residential housing supply in the blooming Rincon Hill neighborhood.
