Other winners at ACM awards included Trace Adkins, Jamey Johnson, Julianne Hough, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland and Brad Baisley.
Carrie Underwood lavish lava took as much attention as the singer herself.  Underwood wore a grandiose dress flowing ball gown worthy of the envy of Gone With the Wind southern belle Scarlett O'Hara. The flowing lava red gown took over the stage creating a dramatic vision of the new Country Music Queen.
