Is there a secret underground base near Uniontown, Pennsylvania?

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - November 7, 2009 - In addition to the daily columns I write as the Pittsburgh UFO Examiner, I am also an independent investigator. Several days ago I received an e-mail from an individual from the Uniontown, Pennsylvania area. This individual has claimed to have some preliminary evidence of an underground base being built from south of the Farmington area, and continuing approximately 10 miles to the West Virginia border. He also claims to have witnessed strange antennas and exhaust pipes coming out of the top of a mountain where there are no nearby houses or buildings. He also has seen what he describes as large C47 Chinook heavy lift helicopters in the area, and a nearby rock quarry that is guarded by federal officials.
Top-secret underground bases are by no means anything new. Everyone is now familiar with the famous Area 51 in Nevada, and Dulce, New Mexico. It could be very possible that some sort of underground facility is being constructed in the extreme southern portion of southwest Pennsylvania. That isn't to suggest some covert facility with any connection to UFO's. Perhaps such a facility could be part of a Homeland Security project.
The author of the e-mail closed by reporting that he has had several UFO sightings over the Chestnut Ridge area. The Chestnut Ridge area has a long history of reported UFO and Bigfoot sightings over the years.
Attempts to arrange a meeting with this individual and conduct a personal investigation have, to-date, been unsuccessful. Keep checking this column for any new developments.

Modesto, California - November 6, 2009 - Witness reported a bright light slowly drop from the sky, perform a "U-turn" and then continued to drop. The object appeared as if it were going to hit the ground when it changed to the color purple as it got closer to the ground. The witness pulled into a nearby auto center parking lot to attempt to obtain another view of the object. He saw a strange light in line with the street lights. The object was a round red light with three or more blue lights. The object then appeared to be hovering quietly. The object was still hovering in the air as the witness continued on his way.
Lakeside, Colorado - November 6, 2009 - Witness noticed a shiny silver object hovering to the south of interstate 70. The object then shot straight up into the sky and vanished.
Fort Worth, Texas - November 6, 2009 - Witness reported his young daughter came in from outside to report "yellow shooting stars" in the sky. As he went outside to investigate, he reported seeing three yellowish, extremely bright lights forming an "upside-down triangle shape". All three lights were definitely separate entities, but were in perfect formation with each other, almost moving as one complete unit. Initially they objects were heading straight down with a tail behind them, similar to the appearance of a comet. All three objects had this streak behind them, then slowed down and the streak stopped. The lights dimmed, then brightened back up as the objects began to rise up to the sky again, only to repeat the entire process over again. The phenomenon continued two more times before vanishing completely.
