Dallas, Texas - Witness reported observing a strange object during the early morning commute to work. The object was fairly long, and cigar-shaped. Located at one end of the object was a rapidly flashing white strobe light, while the opposite end had white lights that flashed from side to side. The object was hovering in a slanted direction. As the witness drove nearer to the object, he could clearly see that it appeared to be a mixture of metal and glass, or clear material outlined in metal. The object continued traveling away from the witness, stopped and began to hover. The witness was able to catch up to the object. As he drove under it, the object began flying backwards with the "cigar-end" leading. The object once again stopped, enabling the witness to catch up. Finally, the object shot ahead and kept traveling toward the west.
