Ryan Pangilinan got his start writing for the Seattle Times’ offshoot, Mirror. He graduated with a BA in Journalism from Seattle Pacific University where he parlayed his education to the fun and exciting world of retail and freelance writing. He contributes to several publications including Redefine Magazine and Northwest Asian Weekly. His debut short novel, “A War Torn Letter” is available online, and he’s working on his second novel.
As I write this, there’s still six hours left to vote for the primaries in the State of Washington today. Most people would deem this as a waste of time, but keep in mind that just because someone is out campaigning, doesn’t necessarily mean that they will be listed in the ballot for the general election, not to mention that if there are initiatives that you want to support/kill, now’s the time to do it.
Don’t be a jerk and vote. (MTV should use that as their new voting slogan and pay me money to use it).
I haven’t posted anything because real life happens, as does my 9 to 5 job and the reality that I don’t have high speed internet in the comfort of my apartment. But, I’m taking some time away from working to remind people to vote. ... Read More Topics:
