For those of you who wonder what separates you from Tiger Woods, aside from the obvious, consider the world’s #1 player approach towards golf. “I don't play golf on my vacations. I get away from it,” Woods revealed. The golf industry doesn’t want that message getting out since it prefers the opposite applies to the masses. “I'd never, ever have a golfing vacation because it's not interesting for me to go out there and do that,” he added. Meanwhile, there are those avid players who can list which courses in the top 100 rankings they have conquered, but Woods isn’t the least bit interested. “I've never played Pine Valley, never played Seminole, Merion,” he said. But one of those that regularly resides in upper echelons of the rankings will soon welcome Woods for the very first time. “I've never played it, never been to it. I've only seen it on TV,” said Woods about the upcoming site of the Open Championship. “I've never played Turnberry, so looking forward to getting there and playing.” Don’t worry, the feeling is quite mutual, especially for most of the people in Scotland.
