These are just a few of the values that blynk organic models. Opening in September of 2008 at 200 S. Tryon, blynk offers convenient, healthy eat-in or take-out eating options for eco-conscious individuals and businesses. Catering services are also available.

Aside from the delicious food and extraordinary consciousness for the environment, the staff at blynk is exceptional. All meals are prepared fresh daily by their chef and delivered to blynk in limited quantities. Get your favorites early! By offering a solid purpose behind their food, blynk is dedicated to helping spread the word on living a healthy lifestyle.

blynk is doing its part to stay green with:

  • Organic and all-natural ingredients bought locally when possible
  • Green building materials, including bamboo floors, energy efficient lighting, eco-tiles, etc
  • Compost-able materials for all containers and cups and 100% recycled paper and cardboard for all boxes and packaging materials
  • Recycling in the lounge café
  • Hybrid delivery cars
  • Daily menus are shown on a flat screen above the counter to reduce the cost and waste of printed menus
  • All apparel for the staff as well as merchandise is made of organic cotton
  • Another flat screen offers ways that you, the consumer, can be green!

Without sacrificing convenience, blynk is successfully providing delicious food (spoken from personal experience!) with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Keep an eye out for free community events that they host as well. Stop by and grab a bite, especially if you’re a busy center-city worker. They’re located in the lobby at 200 South Tryon Street.
