Free Caregiver Wellness Day for Boulder County residents

If you are a family caregiver living in Boulder County, you are invited to attend one of the Family Caregiver Wellness Days being put on by Boulder County Aging Services.  This is a free event focused on you and your own care.  There are two dates and locations to choose from and respite care assistance is available if you need it.

I have spoken to many caregivers over the years who have attended the event and had only good things to say about it.  This year you can schedule a massage, along with other healing arts, you can schedule a session to ask a Caregiver Coach your caregiving questions.

Two Dates:

Wednesday, November 4
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Flatirons Community Church,
400 W. South Boulder Road, Lafayette.
To register, call 303-441-1685

OR (please attend only ONE event)

Saturday, November 21
